As I very clearly told you that I am physically handicapped and need no mercy, but a good reply to correct for this wrong billing and debit should stop. If you do not respond being multinational, then even God will not forgive you.

I am using Air-Tell for the past 10 years plus. All rubbish SMS I get and I have been debited. All by attempts to contact staff with some merit in vain. Now you tell me where I should go to readdress my problem. I am physically handicapped. I do not know what i should do next. With regrets I should say bye, bye to Air-Tell, if that is what you wanted.

Airtel is loosing Customers bigtime in Hyderabad & AP circle because of their Poor Customer Service & Service Commitment. I had to wait for 7 days for someone to install Airtel Broadband with an existing Phone Connection. I ended up taking Tata Photon which was activated in few mins. Guess Airtel need to get back to its old basics rather than showing ads about the Service.
