Power Star Pawan Kalyan looks dashing in the posters of his next film: PANJAA
World famous Bike Manufacturer: Harley Davidson has opened their Bike-Store in Hyderabad (Rd: 12, Banjara Hills) and Powerstar Pawan Kalyan has visited the store recently…. The price of the bikes start from 7 Lakhs and go until 35 Lakhs!
After taking over the top chair in 1980′s, Megastar CHIRANJEEVI has ruled the Telugu Film Industry for almost 25 years (1984 – 2008) without any competition. Though we had other heroes like Balakrishna (after Samarasimha Reddy) and Nagarjuna (after Annamayya) trying for it many a times, Chiru had his own blockbusters to regain the spot!

Chiranjeevi used to pull heavy crowds!
With Chiru’s retirement, now the slot for NUMBER ONE HERO is wide open. The main contenders would be: Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu, Jr. Ntr, Ram Charan, Prabhas and Allu Arjun. But out of these 6 heroes, we can easily discard Prabhas & Allu Arjun as they don’t have the caliber of pulling off a movie on their own. Out of the remaining 4 heroes, Ram Charan is just 2 films old and it’s not fair to assess his potential now.
In my opinion: the NO.1 spot would not be associated with a single hero in the future. It would surely be revolving around these 3 top heroes (Pawan, Mahesh & Ntr) and purely depends on their success rate. If Pawan scores a hit with Puli, he would be the No.1 only for a while until Mahesh/Ntr gets a blockbuster. The cycle continues unless a hero gets continuous hits (like Pawan Kalyan got: Tholiprema, Thammudu, Badri & Kushi).
So, I don’t see a specific hero ruling the Telugu Film Industry from now on and the doors are wide open to WIN the RACE… & for sure: MEGASTAR CHIRANJEEVI might be the last NUMERO UNO (No.1) that we can see!
Tamil/Telugu hero SURYA in the role of Maddhela Cheruvu Soori in Ram Gopal Varma‘s new faction based flick: Raktha Charitra. Bollywood hero: Vivek Oberoi is donning the role of Paritala Ravi in this tri-lingual (Telugu/Tamil/Hindi)…!
It’s surprising to know that Telugu Film: STALIN is one of Abhishek Bacchan‘s favorite films. He might have surely liked the concept of viral marketing (passed through word of mouth) penned by the film’s writer/director: AR Murugodoss (directed Aamir Khan‘s Ghajini). In fact, this concept was borrowed/copied from one of the Hollywood flicks (Pay It Forward)…!
FYI: Chiranjeevi‘s STALIN poster can be clearly seen once in the background of Amitabh Bacchan in Bollywood’s super flop film: JHOOM BARABAR JHOOM (in it’s title song)…!
